Android SDK Tools - without bundled ADT.

Installer.

Same for x86 x64 - Basically is x86 (Installer runs as x86 Process).

Is installed to Program Files x86.

JDK x64 (or x86).

Run SDK Manager as ‘Admin’ always.

Configure > Project Defaults > Project Settings > Project SDK : Android SDK.
