Indian number format

₹ [>99999]##\,##\,##0;₹ [<-99999]##\,##\,##0;₹ ##,##0

Does not work when two negative limits are combined.

Formatting only affects how the data is viewed - the actual data remains same.

Looks like the limit could be 3 conditions.
