Start colour

Set Start screen colour with MSOoBE.exe, then kill it and restart Explorer.

Run:

%WinDir%\System32\OoBE\MSOoBE.exe

Choose colour.

Kill:

MSOoBE.exe

Restart:

Explorer.exe
